The Mount Keira Challenge Run is a lung busting 5km uphill (road) mountain run up the picturesque Mount Keira overlooking the spectacular Illawarra coastline. Services include complimentary return shuttle bus and electronic timing, plus a professional and fun 'all ages friendly' experience.With a modest 5-6% incline runners and walkers will be exposed to a unique and scenic course as you follow the winding sealed road to the summit 'vista' finish, with breathtaking coastal views. The final kilometre offers a 'heart break hill' experience of 15% incline to really get the legs burning..
