Victoria > Metung Fun RunThe Metung Fun Run is a vibrant community “fun‑run” fundraiser organised by the Metung Primary School with strong support from the Metung Lions Club and powered by The HIIT Factory Bairnsdale. It offers multiple course options to suit all ages and fitness levels—including a special kids’ colour dash—making it a truly inclusive event.
Participants enjoy a scenic route through the picturesque Metung village and along the Gippsland Lakes foreshore. Organised entirely by community volunteers, sponsors and local partners, it’s renowned for its warm, family‑friendly atmosphere and spirit of giving back.
To date, the event has raised more than $80,000 to support school programs and the Lions Club Community Bus
