Wanderlust 108—The World’s Only Mindful Triathlon—brings the community together for a 5km run/walk, a dj-powered yoga session, and guided meditation in your local park. Following the triathlon, you can choose your own mindful adventure by enjoying bonus activities, perusing our Kula Market of local artisans, and stopping by Wanderlust’s True North Cafe for a healthy snack or lunch. From dancing with DJs on the main stage to trying something new like hooping and acroyoga, there’s plenty to do when you’re not on your mat. Nationally recognized teachers, speakers and musical talent are featured at each event to make for a fun-filled day.

In a first-ever for the global event format, the Australian 108s will introduce a new workshop series providing attendees with functional takeaways to empower them in their everyday lives around body image, career mentoring and food as a lifestyle – not a diet.

Regardless of what starts you on your path, Wanderlust is an experience that provides a recharging escape and resources at your fingertips, and leaves you inspired with new ideas, new friends, a fresh perspective, and greater peace.

Hosted in large parks surrounded by nature, Wanderlust 108 aims to foster both individual wellness and positive social change by building local communities centred around mindfulness.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Inspiring teachers, uplifting activities, tasty treats and plenty of fun on the mainstage and at Kula Market.

AN EVENT FOR EVERYBODY: New to yoga or meditation? No problem. Wanderlust will help you unroll that mat and find a comfy sitting pose. Guests, just bring an open mind and heart.

Health and wellbeing isn’t strictly physical, it’s also mental and after the activities, attendees have the option to attend inspirational and mindful workshops or attend some more acro yoga and hopping sessions!
