2020 will be our 21st anniversary with a huge fun-filled event planned - so lock in SUNDAY 26 JAN Wollongong harbour
The Australia Day Aquathon is Australia's premier swim n run and all round fun community event held annually on Australia Day, the 26th January.
Located only 1 hour south from Sydney the picture-perfect Wollongong Harbour provides a spectacular backdrop and safe venue.
A huge all age audience take part; novice, kids, elite athletes and anyone in between. And for those whom prefer a more leisurely morning the 4km fun run and walk is your option,
Four ‘swim and run’ distances are on offer with the hugely popular Kids Aqua (200m/2k) to the Mini (200m/2k), Short (400m/3k) and Long (900m/7k).
Individual or relay with a mate.
Professional organisation, loads of safety services, activities and a wonderful atmosphere all form part of the special event.
Historic Wollongong Boat harbour provides a spectacular swim venue and backdrop, with a sensational coastal run along the blue-mile.
Events kick off with the MMJ Australia Day Aquathon from 8am to 10am, and rounds off with the Warrigal Fun Run, Walk, Roll at 10am.
