Here is a chart you can use to determine your likely finish time based on your pace. Bear in mind your pace will often slow during the race so estimate your average pace.

Find your race distance down the left-hand side, and your goal finishing time. The figure at the top of that column will give you your target pace. 

For example, to run a half marathon in 1:45:30, you would need to target 5:00 minutes per km
