The CANEGROWERS Great Barrier Reef Marathon Festival is the adventure marathon event of the calendar year. Held in Port Douglas, Queensland, the Festival offers a range of adventure courses like no other including a 74km JCU Ultra Marathon; a 42.2km adventure marathon; 21.1km adventure half marathon; as well as a 10km, 5 km and 2.5 kilometre distance. Each distance runs along the white sands of Four Mile Beach, traverses through parks, trail and road to complete the ultimate trail running course. Dubbed the "World's Best" by marathon legend himself Steve Moneghetti, the Great Barrier Reef Marathon Festival is the one to mark on your racing calendar.
