Running Events > Victoria > Melbourne > March Against Melanoma

The March Against Melanoma™ aims to raise awareness, and promote the importance of early detection & prevention against skin cancer and melanoma. The event also provides a supportive network for all those affected by skin cancer or melanoma and aims to raise funds for research.

The event will take place around the Tan Track, starting at Kings Domain. Participants are encouraged to sign up to the 8km run (or 2km and 4km walks)

The March was started by Louise White in 2007 after her daughter Emily died from melanoma just after her 27th birthday.
