Victoria > Melbourne > Unite To Fight CancerThis is a one day, combined cycling/running/walking fundraising event, in support of the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation – Australia's only public hospital that's 100% committed to cancer. Around 2,000 participants are taking part this year – many are Peter Mac supporters, some are Peter Mac staff, and others are current or former patients.
There are two routes for the runners and walkers; a 7km and 21km route. Cyclists have a choice of 60km or 100km.
The opening and closing ceremonies will be held in Carlton Gardens, and the Event Village will be outside the front of the iconic Melbourne Museum. The event will start and finish between 0700 and 1700.
Anyone interested in this event is urged to sign up as a fundraiser early, so that they can concentrate on their training! For more info, please go to: https://unitetofightcancer.org.au
