Running Events > Western Australia > Kalbarri Adventure Run (part of Adventurethon Kalbarri Stage Race)

The scenery in this event will blow you away, we guarantee it. Never carried a camera on a run? Make sure you take it on this one or you might regret the lack of photos you return with.

Long course; Starting inside the National Park, you head downhill along a moderate track before a breathtaking abseil and series of ladders takes you down to the river. From there you head upstream to enjoy the magnificent scenery and red rocks. The courses continue along the riverbed where you will have a few short swims to reach your turn around point at four kilometers before returning along the same route to the access track you came down. Marvel in the stunning scenery and majesty of the place you have just visited (this will help distract you) as you ascend to the finish.
