Obstacle Course > NSW > Sydney > Spartan Western Sydney

Whether you’re a returning racer, or new to Spartan, 2018 is about commitment to transformation, overcoming obstacles, and achieving our full potential.

Prepare to run through mud, swim over dams, leap over fires, and scramble over obstacles. On the 6th of October we'll be back in Sydney for one epic event thanks to Western Sydney Parklands!

This venue is truly going to take Spartan courses to the next level. With a natural wonderland surrounded by bush, it will be a Beast like no other! Where you ask? Our venue is just a 30min drive from Penrith and 45min from the CBD.

From our shorter Sprint (perfect for your first race) to the epic Beast, we have a race and a challenge for all fitness levels. Pick the distance that suits you, and lock in your Spartan Transformation for 2018!

We’re also pleased to announce that the WESTERN SYDNEY SPRINT will be part of the 2018 Spartan Australia National Series. The National Series will pave your way to the 2018 Spartan World Championships, where Australia will take on the world!

Anyone who finishes this race will receive a unique National Series medal, along with your usual finisher shirt, and a chance at world championship qualification! Race in all three National Series events to compete for points in order to become our overall 2018 National Series Elite or Age Group champion!
