The MDA Run for Strength is a 10km or 5km run or walk around Melbourne's Albert Park Lake, to support Muscular Dystrophy care and research.

Love Running? Run for Strength! If running is your first love, what better day is there to pound the pavement than February 14? MDA's seventh annual fun run around Albert Park Lake falls on Valentine's Day in 2016 and we are calling on all lovers of running, jogging and walking to join in this popular event on the MDA calendar.

There's a 5km run or walk, but for those seriously enamoured with running, there's a 10km circuit to embrace.
